This card is so simple! And looks so cute.All you do is take some thick paper(any color) fold in half, cut to the card size of your choice, cut a heart shape when the paper is folded but don't cut it out, leave some attached so it "pops out" when the card is open, as shown. Then use any color paper you like to make smaller hearts to glue onto the popped out heart. I just cut them out by hand, more unique. Took about 10 mins to do!
Perfect craft while you are snowed in (like me!).
