My Top Three Drugstore Lipsticks!!

I just wanted to share with you my top three favorite drugstore lipsticks!

In no particular order:
#1 Loreal Fairest Nude. LOVE this nude color. It's not lip erasing and gives just the right of nude to your lip, for many skin tones.
#2 Revlon Soft Nude. This is a bit lighter so may look look as good on darker skin tones. Goes great with a dark smokey eye.
#3 Maybelline Born With It. This is a pinky/nude color that has some shimmer to it. It's really nice and will be a great color for Spring.

Eye Look of the day!

Today I am trying my Maybelline Stylish Smokes shadow in Amethyst Smokes. I bought it maybe a month ago and had only swatched the colors so I wanted to finally wear it today. Not too impressed with the lid color but I made it work. :D
I used the lid color on my lid, the crease color in my crease, the liner color to deepen my crease and over my eyeliner pencil to set it, the base color in my inner corner and I used my Wetnwild in Brulee for the highlight.
I don't like this one as much as my Natural Smokes so I don't know how much it will get used honestly. I would only recommend this if you don't own any other purple shades.

I hope you guys are having a great day!

**Easy Smokey Eye! Look of the night!**

This is one of the easiest smokey eyes out there!!
All I did was line my upper lash line (thickly) with a black pencil liner; then smudge it out; then pack on a dark matte brown shade (I used my 88 matte palette from C.S.) on the lid and blend it up. Blending it key, so invest in a good blending brush. As you can see I didn't quite get it as high as I wanted, but it works. :) Also, if you wonder how to "shape" the shadow, just follow you brow shape. A great tip I learned. Then I used a matte white hightlight shade from the same palette. I then lined my bottom lid, out to half way in and blended out with the same brown; lined my waterline and added mascara. Add falsies if you wish. ;) And that's it for the eyes!! Easy, eh??
For my face I used liquid foundation, topped it with a matte powder; added a light tough of bronzer and a tiny bit of blush.
Not wearing anything on my lips in this pic, but you can wear a nude lip color or for a more dramtic look, try a bold pink!
Hope this gives you an idea for an evening eye look.
